Rates and Policies
RATES:**
Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights) --$50 per person*
Weekday (Monday thru Thursday nights) --$40 per person*
Days only --Half Price*
Daytime only: (rate per day for house use) --$50 whole day
--$25 half day
*PLUS TAXES
MINIMUMS:
Five person minimum. Two night minimum.
Deposit:
Advance deposit of one night's stay per person is required to secur reservation.
Balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations:
Full refund less a $25 processing fee will be given for cancellations received at
least 30 days prior to reservation date.
Payment:
Payment is by check or cash.
Hours:
Check in time 10:00 am or after.
Check out time by 6:00 pm.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless to render services or aid.
Smoking:
No smoking indoors.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Parking:
There are parking spaces in the driveway and side yard to driveway. If needed,
you can park on the street or at the park across the street.
